Daniel joined MDS in October 2024 as a paralegal. He qualified as an attorney in South Africa in 2022, beginning his career as a plaintiff representative in personal injury and medical negligence claims.
He earned his LLB from the University of the Free State, specialising in road accident claims and advising on cases involving brain injuries, limb amputations, and fatalities. Daniel is client-focused and dedicated to protecting and upholding clients’ rights.
At MDS, Daniel assists various solicitors with clinical negligence cases, consistently going above and beyond to provide the best support possible and meet all deadlines.
Outside of work, Daniel is a nature enthusiast who enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through various sports.
