GP Negligence

We have helped many clients who have been let down by their GP.  Sadly, we have seen many failures on the part of GPs including not recognising serious conditions, not referring patients, and not listening to patients properly. These failures can have tragic outcomes.

GPs are often the first point of contact in healthcare. They play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating various health conditions and referring you to a specialist when necessary.

Negligence at this primary care level can cause a delay in diagnosis of serious conditions, which can have life-threatening complications.
